You may return items purchased at our web site within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in new, undamaged condition. We will also pay the shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
If you have ordered an item that is the wrong size, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase provided the item is returned in new, undamaged condition. Shipping charges for return of the item to BRS Online Store are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Merchandise returned after 30 days may or may not qualify for a refund. If you need to return something after 30 days of receipt, please contact us. Such returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
